Automatisierte Extraktion viraler Gesamtnukleinsäure
Das Maxwell® CSC Viral Total Nucleic Acid Purification Kit ist für die automatisierte Extraktion viraler Gesamtnukleinsäure (RNA und DNA) aus Serum, Plasma oder respiratorischen Proben unter Verwendung der Maxwell® CSC Geräte konzipiert. Mit dem Maxwell® CSC Gerät können 1 bis 16 Proben und mit dem Maxwell® CSC 48 Gerät 1 bis 48 Proben in einem einzigen Durchlauf verarbeitet werden. Das Kit enthält alle notwendigen Reagenzien in einer praktischen vorgefüllten Kartusche. Die Probenvorbereitung umfasst drei Hauptschritte. Zunächst werden Lysepuffer und Proteinase K gemischt, um die Lyselösung herzustellen. Dann wird die Lyselösung mit der Probe gemischt. Zuletzt wird das Lysat in die Kartusche gegeben und ist bereit für die Extraktion mit den Maxwell® CSC Geräten. Nach etwa 45 Minuten ist die aufgereinigte virale Gesamtnukleinsäure für die weitere Analyse bereit.
Anwendung
Zur Extraktion viraler Gesamtnukleinsäure aus humanen Proben, die für den direkten Einsatz in in-vitro-diagnostischen Downstream-Anwendungen wie qPCR und qRT-PCR geeignet ist.
Das Maxwell® CSC Viral Total Nucleic Acid Purification Kit ist im Moment nur in den folgenden Ländern verfügbar: Österreich, Belgien, Kanada, Dänemark, Finnland, Frankreich, Deutschland, Griechenland, Irland, Italien, Südkorea, Luxemburg, Niederlande, Norwegen, Polen, Portugal, Singapur, Spanien, Schweden, Schweiz, Großbritannien und den Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika.
