Der Maxwell® CSC DNA FFPE Kit eignet sich, zusammen mit dem Maxwell® CSC (Clinical Sample Concentrator) Gerät, für den Einsatz in CE‑IVD‑zertifizierten Prozessen zur automatisierten Nukleinsäureaufreinigung aus humanen Formalin‑fixiertem Paraffin‑eingebetteten Lungen–, Darm– und Brustgewebe. Das Maxwell® System extrahiert Nukleinsäuren mithilfe paramagnetischer Partikel und verzichtet vollständig auf gesundheitsschädliche Lösungsmittel wie Toluol oder Xylol. Durch den Einsatz von vorgefüllten Einmalkartuschen liefert das Maxwell® CSC System reproduzierbare und zuverlässige Ergebnisse.
Das Maxwell® CSC Gerät kann gleichzeitig bis zu 16 Proben in 50 Minuten prozessieren und führt alle Schritte des Aufreinigungsprozesses selbstständig durch: Aufschluss, Lyse, Reinigung und Elution.
Die aufgereinigte DNA kann direkt in amplifikationsbasierten diagnostischen Assays eingesetzt werden.
Der Kit ist als IVD‑zertifizierte Version in Belgien, China, Dänemark, Deutschland, Finnland, Frankreich, Griechenland, Irland, Italien, Kanada, Korea, Luxemburg, Niederlanden, Norwegen, Österreich, Polen, Portugal, Spanien, Schweden, Schweiz, Vereinigten Königreich und Vereinigten Staaten verfügbar.

Zuverlässige Nukleinsäureextraktion aus FFPE‑Schnitten mit dem Maxwell® CSC DNA FFPE Kit
Genomische DNA wurde aus Formalin‑fixiertem Paraffin‑eingebetteten (FFPE) Lungen—, Darm— und Brustgewebe mit dem Maxwell® CSC DNA FFPE Kit und Maxwell® CSC DNA FFPE Protokoll extrahiert. Die Analyse der Eluate erfolgte durch Amplifikation von zwei unterschiedlich großen Targets, RNaseP und TERT 164. Der Maxwell® CSC DNA Kit lieferte eine sehr gute Ausbeute an amplifizierbarer DNA.
