The Maxwell® instrument for automated nucleic acid purification can increase your throughput effortlessly. As a preliminary step in HPV detection, the Maxwell® system purifies nucleic acids in only 30 minutes. The Maxwell® application notes provide methods for the purification of high yields of nucleic acids from different sample types, especially from ThinPreps, swabs and FFPE tissue for further use in downstream applications, e.g. Real-Time PCR. The closed system with prefilled cartridges guarantees reproducible results, clean yields and a minimum of hands on work.
