Arranging an instrument demo appointment is easy – identify your instrument of interest, complete the demo request form and we’ll transport an instrument to you. A Promega application specialist will arrive to set up the instrument in your lab and show you how to operate the instrument with your desired application and sample type. Afterwards, the instrument can be tested further in your lab to ensure it fits your needs – free of charge!

The Maxwell® instrument demo is free of charge. There are no shipping and demo costs.
Free trial test period
After the demo, there is a possibility for further testing of the Maxwell® instrument within an agreed period. Thus, you can decide accordingly if it fits your laboratory needs and can be integrated into your work processes.
On-site demo
The instrument demo will be performed on-site in your lab, saving you travel time. Promega application specialists will take care of the instrument unpacking and setup. Your whole team can take part in the demo, allowing everyone a chance to familiarize themselves with the Maxwell® system. Our specialists are ready to provide support for any questions you may have.
Noncommittal
The Maxwell® instrument demo is noncommittal. This means you decide whether the Maxwell® system fits your laboratory needs. If desired, we will be happy to discuss further details as you take the time to decide if the Maxwell® Instrument is right for you.
