OncoMate™ MSI Dx Analysis System

The OncoMate™ MSI Dx Analysis System is a CE-Marked IVD Medical Device for the characterization of a tumor’s microsatellite instability (MSI) status. MSI high (MSI-H) tumors express protein neoantigens that can result in lymphocyte infiltration. Some tumors can block immune activation through the expression of PD-L1. This tumor induced inhibition of immune cell activity can be overcome with immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapies, which enhance the immune response against tumor cells and generally improve a patient’s response to these treatments.
