HiBiT Protein Tagging System

In this brochure, you will learn more about the fascinating applications of the “HiBiT Protein Tagging System”. This system was designed to set-up protein reporter assays for the easy and sensitive quantification of HiBiT-tagged cellular proteins. The HiBiT System has diverse applications in the fields of protein regulation including protein degradation and signal transduction. It can be easily used in combination with CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing allowing the set-up of endogenous protein reporter assays. Furthermore, this system is used to study membrane receptor trafficking as well as for the set-up of viral & bacterial infection assays.
