MSI Panels and Bins for GeneMapper® Software

To facilitate analysis of data generated with the MSI Analysis System, Version 1.2, we have created panels and bins files to allow automatic assignment of genotypes using Applied Biosystem GeneMapper® software, version 4.0, 4.1 and 5.0, GeneMapper ID 3.2 and ID-X. If you are using GeneMapper® software, version 3.5 or 3.7, we recommend upgrading to version 4.0 or higher. GeneMapper® version 4.0 includes improvements that allow analysis of mononucleotide and pentanucleotide repeats amplified by the MSI Analysis System.

To import the panels and bins text files for GeneMapper® software, follow the instructions in the MSI Analysis Systems, Version 1.2 Technical Manual. For GeneMapper® 4.0, 4.1, and 5.0 softwares, use the MSI Panels and Bins for GeneMapper 4.X Software. For GeneMapper® ID 3.2 or ID-X software, use MSI Panels and Bins for GeneMapper ID Software.
