The Vac-Man® Jr. Laboratory Vacuum Manifold is composed of a #8 neoprene stopper and two one-way Luer-Lok® stopcocks as a single unit that inserts easily into a 1- or 2-liter side-arm flask. This small manifold is ideal for rapid and efficient nucleic acid purification when used with a water aspirator-type vacuum source and the column from any PureYield™, Wizard® or Wizard® Plus purification systems (e.g., Wizard® Plus SV Minipreps, Wizard® SV Gel and PCR Clean-Up, SV Total RNA Isolation and PureYield™ Plasmid Midipreps). The Vac-Man® Jr. Manifold is an inexpensive alternative to the popular 20-sample capacity Vac-Man® Laboratory Vacuum Manifold (Cat.# A7231).
