The ability of Promega's SAM2® Membrane to efficiently capture a variety of biotinylated molecules from solution makes it useful for a number of applications. This article describes the development and use of the SAM2® Membrane and new products and applications of this technology, particularly for high throughput systems. A plate-to-plate comparison demonstrates the strengths of the SAM2® Membrane in the SAM2® 96 Biotin Capture Plate, as compared to other commercially available biotin capture products.
